FAQ

What people ask us most.

Where do I find my TV's MAC address and key?

On the PF Player TV welcome screen, the first time you open it. After that, always in Settings and at the bottom of the loading screen.

Does PF Player TV include channels?

No. It's a player: it doesn't include, sell or host channels, movies or playlists. You need an Xtream account or an M3U playlist from a provider you're entitled to use.

Which TVs does it work on?

LG TVs with webOS 4.0 or newer, which are the 2018 models onward.

I got a new TV. Can I move my license?

No. The license stays tied to the MAC address of the TV where you activated it. The new TV starts with its own 14-day trial.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if PF Player TV doesn't work on your TV: email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, with the MAC address. To try before you pay, there's the 14-day free trial.

Why is my playlist stored on your server?

So you can add it from your phone instead of typing it with the remote. It's encrypted, and you can delete it anytime from the panel or the TV.
