PF Player TV Terms of Use

Last updated: October 4, 2026

These terms govern the use of PF Player TV, the PF Player app for TVs, and of the pfplayer.app website. By installing or using the app, or by buying a plan, you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. What PF Player TV is

PF Player TV is a media player for LG TVs with webOS. It shows and plays content from the sources you set up: an Xtream account, an M3U or M3U8 playlist by web address, or a playlist file you upload at pfplayer.app.

PF Player TV does not include, sell, host or distribute channels, movies, series or any other content. We have no relationship with the services you choose to use and don't control what they offer.

2. Your sources are your responsibility

  • Only use sources you are entitled to access, subscribed through an authorized service.
  • You alone are responsible for the content you play and for complying with the intellectual property laws of your country.
  • The quality, availability and continuity of the content depend on your provider, not on PF Player TV.

3. Trial and plans

  • Each TV gets a 14-day free trial with every feature, counted from the first time the app contacts our server.
  • After the trial, the app requires a plan. There are currently three: 1 year for 3 USD, 3 years for 7 USD and lifetime for 50 USD. Prices may change; you pay the price shown when you buy.
  • Each plan activates a single TV, identified by its MAC address. It can't be shared between TVs.
  • Licenses are not transferable. If you replace your TV, the new one starts with its own trial and needs its own plan.
  • The 1-year and 3-year plans expire and do not renew automatically: we don't store your payment method or charge you again. If you buy another plan before one expires, it starts when the previous one ends.
  • The lifetime plan doesn't expire as long as PF Player TV keeps working on that TV.
  • Payments are made at pfplayer.app through PayPal, and are also subject to PayPal's terms.
  • A plan gives you the right to use the app; it gives you no rights over third-party content.

4. Refunds

If PF Player TV doesn't work on your TV, we'll refund your full payment if you email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, with the TV's MAC address. When we refund, the license for that plan is canceled. Outside that case there are no refunds: the free trial is there so you can try before you pay. This doesn't limit any rights your local law gives you.

5. Your playlists on our server

The playlists you add at pfplayer.app are stored on our server so they can be delivered to your TV. You decide which playlists to add and can delete them anytime from the panel or from the app. What we store and how we protect it is explained in the privacy policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not modify, decompile or redistribute the app, circumvent its licensing system, add playlists to other people's TVs without their owner's permission, or use the app or pfplayer.app for illegal purposes.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work to make it work well, but we don't guarantee it's compatible with every source, TV or format, or that it's free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the app or of third-party content.

8. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. When there are significant changes, the date above will show it. A price change doesn't affect plans already paid for.

9. Trademarks

LG and webOS are trademarks of LG Electronics. PF Player is not affiliated with or sponsored by LG.
